Our platform shares content on exterior and interior design, news, and videos. We expect our users to respect these rights as well.

Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on Emirates Home in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written DMCA Takedown Notice. Direct this notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include all of the following information.

• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content you posted on Emirates Home was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification. This counter-notice should be submitted to our Designated Copyright Agent. Please include the following details.

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location on the website before removal (specific URL).
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located. If your address is outside the United States, you consent to jurisdiction in any judicial district where Emirates Home may be found. You will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Emirates Home will terminate access for users who are repeat copyright infringers. This policy applies to individuals who repeatedly upload or post infringing material. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion. We will take appropriate action against users who disregard intellectual property rights, especially concerning exterior and interior design content or video publications.
